Plastic reduction is one of the
17 UN development goals.
The Year 2034. Last week, one of the few remaining whales was spotted, pregnant and dying from plastic.
The exact location of the whale is not clear.
Fortunately, a small piece of plastic has been recovered.
This piece of plastic gives important clues about where the whale is.
Gasoline is scarce, the only way to find the whale is by sailing boat. It is your task to find and save the pregnant whale with your teammates.

Description of 'Plastic Mission Impossible?'
How do you play this online challenge?
Online Plastic Mission Impossible? takes about 1 to 1.5 hours. All players are first divided into teams of 4-6 players. The team allocation is done by us, or you can give us your preferred team allocation in advance. There is about 10 minutes for the introduction and 75 minutes for the game.
The assignments have three different angles:
- In your team you solve a number of issues independently
- In your team you can only solve issues of certain assignments if you work together
- in order to solve a problem, you need information from your fellow players
For each task, you have to decide who does what. For this, the teams need a good strategy and cooperation, otherwise winning is really difficult. The more difficult the task, the more collective thinking is required.
Prize-giving ceremony
At the end of the game, the teams meet again. The quiz master awards the prize to the team that saved the whale and worked together the best.
